Turning Components
We have a range of CNC Turning Centres,
capable of extremely fast cycle times, and superb accuracy, +/-
0.002mm (or +/- 0.00008") is regularly machined. We also have
turning centres with live tooling (milling and drilling) capabilities
and "C" axis.

Turning Centre Capacities
- Diameters
from 0.5mm to 38mm can be used for bar work, utilising our magazine
fed barfeed units.
- Chucking
work up to 175mm in Diameter can be machined on our turning centres,
larger on our manual machines (see "Manual Machining/Toolroom"
page).
- Superb
accuracy from our "Hardinge" CNC Turning Centres - single
micron accuracy is achieved on a regular basis on all types of
materials and all sizes of production run.
- All
materials machined, from Plastics to Tool Steels, including Ceramics
and "filled" Plastics.
- Fine
tolerance high quality Stainless Steel components a speciality.
- Live
tooling capability on Turning Centres.
